Terms & Conditions

The following are our terms and conditions for accepting your vendor bookings:

• The stipulated amounts for vendor booking are non-refundable.
• Constantly repost Vendor Confirmation Graphics on various social media platforms and also promotional content of the event to encourage turnout and ticket sales.
• All vendors must be at the venue 1 hour before the event time at the latest (12:00 noon) for setup to avoid disrupting event activity and planning. NB: Failure to adhere to setup timing will result in the vendor being removed for the day with no refund.
• As a vendor, you are only permitted to bring up to 3 work staff, all dressed with a representation of your brand (e.g., branded t-shirts, caps, printed tags).
• Monopoly Vendor is entitled to a single canopy for monopoly sales, while Competitive Vendor is entitled to a shared canopy for competitive sales of products.
• Your brand must be registered on our website, with confirmation sent to the vendor manager for verification and payment.
• All vendors must act accordingly and obey the Vendor Manager’s instructions at all times, or face a penalty of closure and immediate evacuation from the event premises.
• Any form of violence is highly prohibited between co-vendors or guests during the course of the event. This will lead to immediate closure of the vendor and evacuation of premises by security personnel.
• Product scrutiny will be conducted by the Vendor Managers.
